    Despite the promising location, I found the hotel somewhat dilapidated. The bathroom plumbing was frustrating, flushing multiple times barely resolved the issue. The misinformation regarding transport options to the ferry left us feeling lost and misdirected .

    A lot nature, silence, outside of busy city hub. Very nice Spa & Relaxation areas.

    The resort looks like a old portugese style castle, unfortunately they do not maintain it. Outside walls and balconies are looking dirty - if they would maintain it would look more inviting and nice.

    What they got right and wrong

    The staff were polite, and I had an unexpected room upgrade. The view of Hac Sa beach from my room elevated my stay.

    The hotel is somewhat isolated. Plus, the food service had its moments of inconsistency.

    Family getaway with some hiccups

    The place has good facilities, lovely pool where kids enjoyed their time. The buffet breakfast was solid, lots of options and tastes good, overflowing tropical fruits, kids loved the pancakes. There were some issues.
